Weeks later he gets surgery and his jaw is wired shut. He goes back to file a grievance and the jail captain refuses to give the form on video.He’s got multiple videos of Sheriff’s deputies threatening arrest if he tries to file a report. At City Hall, the Police Chief + City Admin threatened arrest too. DA’s Office: Assistant DA threatened arrest inside the DA building. All recorded.On Aug 6th, 2025 he testified before the grand jury with 100+ violations across PD, Sheriff, Humane Society, DA, jail, and even a judge. His sworn filings hit Officer Choate with 27 felonies + 1 misdemeanor, and he alleges Judge Monsue was involved. Grand jury ignored it.Then the Sheriff’s Office gives him a report with his SSN AND the attacker’s SSN in it.
