When Muslims explain Islam to you clearly and basically they expect that you will be so sure and so convinced that it will be impossible to refuse Islam. Muslims believe that Islam (pure monotheism) is the natural state of all humankind, but that you've gone astray and become infected by atheism and secularism and that you just need a reminder or a spark to "re-activate" your natural monotheism. The Muslims in the West are here to hand you that reminder. When you refuse or fail to become convinced then there must be some kind of mental defect there, you must be quite literally insane as well as low IQ for not grasping how Islam is the one and only Truth. Privately Muslims see all non-Muslims, but especially atheists to be dumber than apes and lower than pigs. A Muslim might shake your hand and co-exist with you but internally he sees that you must be quite retarded for not recognising the Truth of Islam.
