What was the real estate market like before you had to research communities and buy into places blacks and mexicans can't afford? Did you just live next to work or you parents?

I hate working. What's a job I can get where I work alone? I hate having to make small talk with people who will talk shit about me behind my back.

This is distinctly untrue. We're confusing minimums and averages, not taking into account alternatives to median house prices and plenty more. For example, if someone wants to buy a house in Florida, it might take a certain price to buy a home, but you could also just buy land and build something cheap on it, for example.
Also, keep in mind the people in question are normally combining two incomes (in a household). Regardless, this has a lot of problems.
