Is Bitcoin still a good investment? Can money be made out of it or is the train lost forever? The $1 to $100k jump was insane but it seems there's no room left for it to further expand
No, invest in something tangible that won't disappear in a solar flare. Land, gold or guns.
It's not an investment. It's mugs betting on greater mugs taking those bags off their hands.
>>522527631It can grow, but there are caveats. It will grow again. It will drop again. Too many people have too much money in it, and it can't become more plentiful. The other memecoins are all very shady, and none of them are truly stable, so buy and sell or buy and buy and buy.
>>522527631>Is Bitcoin still a good investment?Yes, but only if you are able to run a secure node yourself. Which requires significant investment IT infrastructure and maintenance
>>522527631you should invest in women. they can make you a ton of money.
>>522527631SLIDE THREAD KYS
>>522527703nocoiners will say this even as bitcoin hits $1million.
>>522527631Bitcoin is nothing but a ponzi scheme, with the cia as the ones with the money.you're a fucking moron if you invest in this, it's literally a ponzi scheme.
>>522527631all the gains since the split were tether and not actual end user investmentso even though anyone with two brain cells has realised the whole crypto sphere is going nowherethere is still a chance it goes up since as long as the tether racket continues the trump kids will use it to scam youyou would need big balls cause when it unwinds it will be over in microsecondseven if you think you're out and are holding USDT you'll now be broke
>>522528416>it's literally a ponzi schemeeverything is, kiddo
>>522528072$300 hardware isn't significant to audit the future world reserve currency 24/7/365 >>522527631I'd say it's good investment but like the first guy I replied to there are caveates that might scare non technical people. For example if you don't control your keys the custodian decides what is Bitcoin. So one day blackrock could fork and all the ibit are no longer real Bitcoin but blackrock's docs they they have the right to choose what is real. So to get security and sovereignty sorted is a pretty big technical step for alot of people used to just following orders.

>>522527703... pokemon cards.
>bitcoin
>>522528947$300 hardware is nowhere close to what you need for a secure systemFor a proper setup you need secure hardware, software and infrastructureI am talking about storing billions in wealth, not mere thousands to buy drugs
>>522527631>Is Bitcoin still a good investment?Yes.If you're planning to hold for six months and expect to double your money, then no.If you're planning to just hold long term, 3+ years, then yes, it's the closest thing to a sure thing.
buy when people are really afraid of crypto
>>522527631I am insecure because its valie has decoupled from monetary base increase while traditional value reserves like gold and silver remain coupled. There is too much hype about bitcoin. People like you calling it an investment are part of thr problem too.
Bitcoin is not an investment and people treating it like an investment have ruined it. I am tired of modern bitcoin enthusiasts being literal scammers rugpulling each other.

>>522527631fuck off to biz at least retard
>>522527631Get into Forex trading bro.
>>522527631It is since they main goal to pump it is to make every other coin go to zero
>>522529375The hardware is literally any computer to run the node, and then you can talk specifics on secure elements and supply chain autism on your hardware devices if you want. The software is open source The billionaires are using the same software and likely the safe hardware as the plebs. The infustructure is an internet connection it's very little throughput demand a raspberry pi can run it although I recommend spending like $200 min
>>522527631In the history of bitcoin there's never been a bad moment to buy, only bad moments to sell.
>>522530675>The hardware is literally any computer to run the nodeYes the hardware, not the secure hardware though>The software is open sourceYes, bitcoind is. Not the rest necessarily, Nd even if the rest are open source as well, you would be a retarded to not get every single line vetted before storing billions.>The billionaires are using the same software and likely the safe hardware as the plebs.Maybe the foolish billionaires who will get separated from their money>The infustructure is an internet connectionThere are many different ways to connect to the internetYou don’t know a lot about what you’re talking about.
>>522528857>so that makes it okaylolol
>>522527631>but it seems there's no room left for it to further expandbased on what?
>>522527631no, it's being shilled by trumps sons to rugpull the idiots all the time since they have insider info
>>522527631Everyone with a functioning brain can see it's only used for pump and dump purposes. Retard!
>>522531202Open port 8333 to forwarding and bam you're relaying Bitcoin It's a simply guide anyone can understand in a couple hours You're talking shit trying to scare people using a memeflag First your argument was you need serious investment then it was well you do if you're a billionaire, what's the argument now?
>>522527631>Is Bitcoin still a good investment?Nothing is at the moment, the Dollar is fucked
you can do worse than bitcoin like you know shitcoin
>>522532179I wouldn't take a loan out I looked at some previous price action today and when the repo markets collapsed into the covid lockdowns Bitcoin went from 10k to 3.5k in the 6 months of uncertainty Sept 2019 to March 2020 Then Bitcoin went 3.5k to like 64k from March 2020 to March 2021 So if things get real bad I can see it dipping initially and any leverage will wreck you. But idk maybe Trump will give us all Christmas checks or something and pump it up back to 120k kek
>>522527631in under 100k is still good for the 2020s.
>>522529895https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrington_Event
>>522527631It’ll go past 100k again pretty soon and then sell off again and it won’t hit a 100k again for many months is what I’m expecting. I believe in the cycle still.
Someone owns most of the coins and can tank the market at any time. Good luck!
>>522527631No. Crypto is not a good investment anymore period. Its mostly a scam, especially now that governments are getting involved with it. Instead of being an untraceable currency to buy and sell things with it became a pseudo stock market for redditors. Its not worth investing in, you will lose.
Bitcoin is a means of moving money quickly out of a country to evade sanctions and capital controls. It surged in 2022 after the war in Ukraine started as wealthy Russians looked for ways of shifting their money to avoid sanctions. There was also a surge in BTC value after the war in Syria started, but it was still in it's early adoption stage so it wasn't as noticeable. The Russia-Ukraine conflict was the first time a major crisis that fueled demand for capital flight happened in a more mature crypto environment. So to answer your question: yes it is still a good investment if you have patience. It's impossible to predict when and where the next capital flight crisis will happen, but it WILL happen. And chances are, Bitcoin will once again be the tool of choice, unless some other method emerges in the meantime. >inb4 precious metalsYeah good luck moving $10,000,000 worth of gold and silver liable to sanctions across borders. Are you going to stuff it all in a bag and check it in at the airport?
Buy the dip. It will double or triple if the autistic elite (like Musk) integrate into their sites. Even if it doesn't it will probably hold with inflation.
