learn how they saved $30,000.00 in a year with this one simple trick

They even have a made!

On one hand I think it’s kinda neat to be able to travel everywhere and live wherever you want, but on the other hand it’s a psyop that’s propagated so that young people think it’s cool and trendy to be what is essentially a homeless migrant worker that never sets down roots anywhere or participates in civic engagement or local politics.

I had a family who lived in their car pull up to my cul du sac a few weeks ago. I honestly did not care since they didn’t appear to be dangerous. Their kid would constantly try to dumpster dive into my trash bin whenever he thought I wasn’t looking. Which sucks for him because it was like 80% rotten food/ cat litter and shit/ and other various forms of pet waste. They left after staying there for a week. I felt bad for the kid

>>522536004
Decent sprinters go for over $20k here and very few shops work on them, they're mostly used as high traffic cargo vans or yuppie RVs
>>
>>522536446
Bullshit lol. Registration here is nothing, maintenance/repairs fingers crossed may be minimal or none(thats the case with my current car), fuel only if you travel all the time but the plan is to stay in one place for long periods, maybe go for supplies once every 2 weeks.
>>
>>522536018
>I'd only do it if I had some middle manager schmuck
That's what I do. I have a beach house I rent out to vacationers by the week, and I have a rental management company that books the tenants and takes care of the basic stuff on the house. They take 20% but it's worth it.

Best i can say for my country is your vehicle in a big city, i tried in a small town where it had only 3 garages to test before buying and almost got scammed cause the car seller would call the garage partner in crime to pretend that the piece of garbage is ok.

Big city anonimity and multiple garages give you a better chance, at least here, btw if the seller asks you which garage you are testing the car before you get there then block his number and move on.

Slept in my truck a few times in my early 30s it was not comfy at all. I think at a minimum you need to stand up in whatever shelter you are in or it's gonna suck. So much more the older you get. Jews literally hate this so much they've done their damndest (especially liberal states) to make it illegal.

Even so, it's basically become impossible to do this post covid. The dramatic rise in parts to deck out a camper van, and the price of repairs to camper vans has basically made it inferior to just living out of a shit 1-bedroom.

The only way now is to go far into the wilderness beyond what even sheriffs and the national guard are willing to tolerate and risk your life homesteading in a cabin in the middle of nowhere.

Rent is 900 for a studio where I live, and 1,200 for a real apartment. Extremely cheap compared to the rest of the country. What does this mean?
If you put it into the stock market over 10 years instead it would be around 150,000 dollars for JUST a studio, and that's assuming rent doesn't go up in that time. That's literally the price of a house around here (rural shithole new york)

Truck stop showers have locks on the doors. The rape happens at the front desk. Because someone in a van is not buying nearly enough diesel to ever qualify for free showers. $10 to $15 a pop for a shower gets old, real fucking quick. Literally every single girl I've ever talked to in their early/mid 20's, was positively receptive to the idea of living in a camper van. In fact, if you're a decent looking older guy, I'd say that telling a girl you live in a beautiful camper van is actually a POSITIVE in getting together with her.

I only brought it up to so many girls I've known, because for years and years I've been wanting to do it, but doing it here in central Canada would be way way too harsh in winter.

Shower in the gym every day as long as I want. That really depends. In a small boat like that, you better make sure you're in relatively calm water. A big hard wave on the hull can sound like a canon going off. If you're crossing an ocean, it's not the biggest deal. You just put up with it for the passage. Otherwise you don't want to hear that all the time. And then of course, in rough enough waters something like the stove he has is not suitable. You'd really want a small back up stove on gimbal like a camping stove so you can at least boil some water.
>>
>>522541967
>I'm sorry for your loss.

I do it because my parents are insane hoarders and there isn't a single working shower in their house and nothing ever gets repaired and water leaks through the roof and so on so it's way worse than being homeless or squatting plus they scream at me always when I'm there.

Just buy or boost a Vim shower cleaning thing from Dollarama and spray it liberally all over the floor, walls, handle, and shower head every single time you go there. I do it because I've had worts multiple times in the past and really hate all the pain they cause when I'm doing ultra-marathons and how disgusting worts are. Now I never get worts and the bad smell after a week of me always showering and always cleaning the shower first is all gone, it's really nice now at the gym thanks to me.

Vim Pureboost Bathroom Power & Shine that's what I use right now. I just spray it on everything and let it be as I shower. When I'm done I always put a clean towel down too and stand on that as I get dressed and get my shoes on then after I wipe the floor too with the towel but usually not the sides of the stalls I just let the vim stuff drip down along with the water that splashes on the walls. Always doing this every day is working for me. Now especially huge effort in doing it, not like I have to give everything a thorough scrubbing. Just the presence of this stuff sprayed all over helps things and the cleaning staff also regularly do the more thorough scrubbing. It smells nice too.

It's only worth it if it's a decent house in a decent neighborhood, houses in the hood cost 1/2 as much but will cost you 4x as much in the long run.
I've seen the nigger tenants firsthand and the amount of damage they do is amazing, but you basically have a flowchart that you use to put you ahead of everyone renting places out
>No single mothers
>Only stable families looking to move
>Be extremely selective and racist, be okay with not renting for months, you're looking for long-term tenants, not quick money
>NEVER EVER take pity on anyone, don't try to give anyone a hand
>Even if he's 10 years sober never rent to a druggie
And then all you have to do is bag a tenant for a few years, those couple years pay off your initial downpayment, and then it's all green from there. The initial downpayment is literally the only price most landlords pay and the rest is financed, so once that downpayment is recovered it's all in the green and you actually start making money off purchasing that 400,000 house after a couple years of renting.

Yup, that's how the math works, you put down 20% and after you recover that 20% you're making money and you pretty much get to use an asset while only actually paying for 20% of it. Financing is the hardest part.

The way pajeets and drug addicts do it is best. Just have 20 people living together in the same 1 bedroom apartment, making all the space into multi-tier bunk beds, and keep your extra stuff you can't store there in a storage place or a friend's house or something similar... Then you all have to just try and cough up a little money somehow to make the rent each month (a huge challenge even if it's just $500 rent and there's 20 of you, usually someone has to get beaten every month and the rest manage to come up with at least a little) and you can manage like this month after month.

I think it's rather amusing that these people think they've found some sort of cheat-code out of the Matrix.

this is precisely what (((they))) are pushing everyone to do.

They want you to willingly accept smaller, cheaper, poorer, as the 'new normal'

This is what jewflation does to a society.
This is how wealth inequality continues to get worse, while they bullshit you into accepting it as 'hip' and 'trendy'
>>

Also when your van inevitably has a mechanical apocalypse it's a lot of stress / money as your house will be stuck in a shop somewhere and you're on the street.
Receiving physical post is a pain and you'll always need some sort of real address for insurance and health care.
IMO most people never do it for long as its just too annoying and uncomfortable.

>saved $30,000.00
By spending $120,000 to turn a van into a shitty, undersized RV.

This and that "tiny home" crap is simply absurd.
At first I thought it was interesting, then I found out what the prices were. One of those "luxury" can't-stand-up-without-making-a-hole-in-your-roof "homes" cost as much as two mobile homes.

The one in the pic is particularly absurd.
Notice how the (presumably) male one's feet dangle off the end of the bed? If he straightened out (not likely) he would dangle off of both ends. He has drained his savings to build a children's playset RV that he can't even sleep in comfortably.

We would leave our place so fucking cluttered and trashed and have clothes constantly hanging everywhere to scare other people away from stayin in our room and the management wouldn't say shit because we were the nicest/funnest/longest term payers.

Without car how get to work? Without work how pay for wage cage? Move closer to city = rent goes up. Move further from city = commute goes up. Work more hours = less time spent in home you've already paid for. Work less hours = can't afford to leave home you've already paid for.

It's a trap.

But I agree, living in a van is too much of a compromise, it's like a kids idea of a home - as long as I have my bed and my XBOX I'll be happy!
You have to be able to shit and shower, wash and dry your clothes, cook, store your stuff, host guests etc. not to mention you couldn't raise kids in a van.
