Was sick with a bone infection for 1.5 years. Had 3 different radiologists say there is no infection. Chat gtp saved my life. When I realized what antibiotics I needed docs refused to perscibe me them. Was 125 lbs at 5'9 by the time it was done. Im lucky I survived. If u understand x Ray scans then u will understand how close to death i was from this pic.. Countless docs tried to gaslight me, trying to say it qas all in my head. It litteraly was. Lying there feeling like ur on the verge of death while the people that u depend on for help mocking u is the worst feeling in the world. When I found out what antibiotics I needed the docs refused to perscibe it to me, test postive for MRSA. Had to get lizenolid from eruope.. 2500 for a 2 week persciption here, 30 bucks over there. I dont even care about the money, thats not even nearly the biggest problem with the American medical system.

Never go to doctors ,always trust chat gtp for medical advice..
>>
>>
Fuckers told me it was normal sinus wall membrane inflammation. "Probably from allergies".
>>
Ifkyk. This was as painful as it looks
>>
I tried to use Chat gtp to cheat on my pathophysiology course. It doesn’t know shit

Fuck is that? Its doing a good job helping me with my masters level engineering courses. U are suppose dot feed it data, upload a text book, also dont use the free version like a chump
>>
>>522543092
Also chat gtp 4 did hallucinate but 5.1 thinking is kino. Shitting intellectual circles around AI skeptics
>>
Been using the latest and greatest models since starting med school. Now using Gemini 3.0 Pro as the daily driver w/ proper prompt engineering. None of these models are there yet and they make really, really stupid mistakes sometimes. Just see Radiology's Last Exam.

Do not rely on this over your doctor you stupid faggots and resist any jewish attempts to force you to. They're already piloting it to deny Medicare claims...
>>
>>522543157
I try to have it help me with my math masters but it's not very good. It makes up lemmas and forget about having it to any sort of computation that's nested past a few steps, it just forgets data from previous steps and makes up what it thinks it should have been.
>>
I used grok and chatgpt to find episodes of an old tv show. They will literally invent titles, get number wrong, invent dialogue, lie and gaslight you. These bots are dangerously misguiding
>>
All you niggers complaining about hallucinations are monogpt smooth brains. If you want truly amazing results from GPT you need an AI swarm. One that is a promoting expert to translate your garbage flesh language into clear concise language, one to act as a sort of receptionist that gets a high level understanding of what you want and refers you to the specialist GPT to address your issue, then you have one monitoring the conversation against the goals of the conversation in order to steer it back on track, and finally you need a regulatory gpt to review the outputs of any profession gpt (medical for example) and validate the information contained within

Have the gpt self resolve it's own hallucinations through gpt powered scrutiny

What about deepseek?

Sometimes its really good holistically at all but im afraid it will fuck up really bad when it comes to specific terms with key but opposite meanings like "the bone is dense" and the "bone is luscent". Both phrases will appear interchangably in the same source text so how will an LLM ever be able to "predict' the correct one
>>
>>522544860
Did u feed it the data u retard med fag? Upload a textbook. Of course u dont want gtp replacing u. Also i cant vouch for gemini pro. Im in grad achool for engineering and work as one and it helps me a lot.
>>
>>522545020
Do u feed it data? Medicine isnt more complicated than engineering. Unless is bio chem.. there is no reason it should be failing u. Also do u use the free version? I got the 200 doller a month version and its doing wonders for me

You AI skeptics are rabid. Sorry u are too stupid to utilize it. I told u that to do but ur ego prevents u from thinking clearly especially the medical fags in the thread. Ur whole degree is memorization and regurgitation, of course it did not occur to you to simply feed it textbook and articles and other forms of data. Or use the 200 doller a month version. The retard using gemini pro 3 is extra retarded, u picked the worst one, its best for making videos.

>>
>>522547044
Yeah clinical medicine is hard. If you ask them why they think something, if they have a source or studies they get pissed and defensive. The thing is someone has to make a decision that common things are common and not treat everything like a Dr House episode. Patients will feel more comfortable with someone who is confident and dismissive (even if its based on their "experience" which just their feelings and always doing something a certain way) then someone who truthfully says they're not sure or tries to research it

Lmao what the fuck does the average doctor even do? They literally just read textbooks for 10 years and then take a test. LLMs already do this 100x better than humans do.

How about the fact that 3 radiologists told me this is nothing and normal mucosal swelling. I could tell it was fucked from the first time I took the matter into my own hands. It was less inflamed than this cuz thankfully it was in my alveolar bone which has the most blood flow so my body was slowly healing it for almost a year till I finally got a doc to take a nose swab(took it before but tested for nothing but it doent always appear, u have ti catch it at the right time) and it tested postive for MRSA. Them the fucker tried to tell me itd normal to have MRSA in the nose. Im so lucky im alive. I worked out a lot and my body burned through all that muscles holding on.

Just remember bro, bone infections are really hard to treat by oral antibiotics (or IV antibiotic too). It has to do with where the bacteria hides in the structure of the bone. I would see some doctors who don't have their heads firmly lodged up their asses who will actually treat the bone infection. Or else you might be on antibiotics for life.

Not necessarily. Recently I saw my doctor in about three days (I turned down a telephone appt that would have been earlier).
I got sent for an ultrasound right away.
I saw a specialist based in the hospital, via the doctor's referral, about a week.
Quick turnaround and all I had to do was present my health card. I paid for a couple of prescriptions, discounted cause work health plan.
That's pretty good. But may be the luck of the draw who knows.

>i get a blocked nose all the time thats releived when in different angles but there doesnt seem to be anything up there
I have something similar. My nose is constantly stuffy, but there's no mucus or anything else. Usually, only one nostril is stuffy, and it changes depending on which side I sleep on. If I fall asleep on my left side, my left nostril will be stuffy, and vice versa.
I don't remember the last time I breathed freely through both nostrils.

It doesn't really matter whether I'm standing, sitting or lying down - one nostril is always blocked.
On rare occasions I get some "relief" when both are only half stuffed, but never completely unblocked.

literally a class on diagnosing disease states from biological signals. I actually had to learn because it will just hallucinate nonsense. I think it is because medical stuff is so fluid and depending on other states it can't predict what it should be as well. Like if you are looking at reoccuring UTIs in an elderly woman whether it is likely stones causing a reinfection or pin worms is entirely based upon the history you took and it tends to not focus on the fact that a grandkid had pinworms treated lately.

it didn't hit anything major, brunt of the damage was done to adipose tissue and muscle which is a meh, if i take 3 grams of GABA spread out in 500mg doses 6x a day my immune system will be bolstered enough to stave off any sepsis, and I have ample supplies of antibiotics so should be fine. used distilled water chlorhexadine and betadine for cleaning it up and pullin it on top of the h2o2 soaked packing. realitively tame wound compared to some of the shit I have to attend to around here

Healthcare from an N.P or P.A (latter is better) gets you flowchart medicine.

I can't fucking breathe, couldn't sleep, and I really don't care if I'm addicted. Of course drs told me to take allergy pills. But flowcharts and treatment algorithms are based on evidence based medicine and studies which are updated over time and not just someone doing things a certain way because thats how theyve done it for 20 years. Its supposed to be a health science and not a personality contest with hocus pocus intuition
>>
>>522552841
lol flowcharts are useless, i had a 76yo smoker who came in w/terrible upper resp that sounded like COPD which she had been hospitalized for, i took one look @ how much she used her inhaler, and that it was a racemic product and instantly knew it was the S-albuterol causing her "paradoxical bronchospasms" and goblet cell hyperplasia which it'self is a meme fucking term because there's nothing paradoxical about it at all as S-albuterol is known to cause issues in a large portion of those who use it combined w/R-albuterol. once she stopped using her inhaler cleared up within 24 hours

try the other nasal steroids.
flonase didn't work for me. nasacort didn't work for me. etc etc etc... the one that worked is the oldest one. budesonide. dirt fucking cheap too.
dr never perscribed that one to try. its older than me.

you have excessive mucus production to the point you need a nebulizer every time the seasons change or you have a medical procedure?
>>
>>522552739
That's good anon, infectious have some pretty obvious early warning signs too so as long as you have the antibiotics if things go bad you can take a more local approach first.

I have pinkeye cream I got when I had a cancer surgery, it's actually quite decent and doesn't effect gut bacteria. I've used it on all sorts, even on a lamb with pink eye once, it cleaned that right up lol.
Chloramphenicol, super strong shit apparently
>>
>>522552841
Yeah good luck following a flow chart with me. I appear healthy and fit, but have rheumatoid arthritis. On top of that I’ve had about 4-5 episodes of idiopathic anaphylaxis. Recently I’ve got nerve pain in my arm. So far the amount of things the doctors have been able to accurately treat or give me consistent care for are near zero. Every time I go in they oooenly admit they don’t know. Medical science does not even fully understand these conditions for them to even know.
>>
was meth part of it?
>>
>>522552815
It's worse than that, they don't even question their opinion. They genuinely think they're right, unless some senior doctor says differently and then suddenly they'll change their mind. The hierarchy is extremely ingrained, with the patient firmly at the bottom
>>
>>522553118
i'll have to remember the pink eye shit, had that going around and around couple years ago to the point people started calling in and wanting rest as needed chits to show their bosses

they dont do anything. you cant lift your nose using plasters, you need to have a facelift. these things are a scam unless im missing something but i just cant see how they would increase the size of the nasal passage.
>>
>>522553348
I read about that a couple years ago and it sounded horrifying. Haven't people literally killed themselves over it? I mentioned it to some coworkers the other day and no one had heard of it. After reading that shit I would never get a nasal surgery. Can it happen with polyp removal or rhinoplasty, though? I wondered that.

So depressingly true

They do work though. They do open your nasal passages somewhat and you notice as soon as you put one on. They started making my nose peel though. I guess I got sensitive to the adhesive they use.
>>
>>522553549
its not the strips, its the position of your head. these things would hae to be made with spring steel bars/rods/strips in to actually achieve anything ad then its not the nasal passage in that part of the nose with issues, its further back where you cant see. like i said, i may have misunderstood something so feel free to educate me instead of reacting like this is reddit.
>>
>>522553323
you have a helluva case of rebound congestion from the sounds of it, my suggestion, and it may seem stupid, is to take kratom sucessively for 1+ month where your body gets a wee bit dependant on it because one of the main and only withdrawl effects from it is runny nose when you wake up, or right before bedtime which is eaisily fixed by eating a little more kratom...i know it's trading one poison for another but using otc decongestants for that long can't be good for you man, and i'd rather have a runny nose than be stuffed up enough to impede breath. I give kratom to alchys to help them slow down their drinking, well that and opiate addicts, have quite a number of trees in my yard
>>
>>522553596
Source? Id never heard that.
I feel like empty nose syndrome is similar in a way to tinnitus. Sometimes I get paranoid about getting tinnitus. They're both like these bodily sensation syndromes that can drive someone insane, and there seems to be little treatment for them. The conditions themselves won't kill you, but having to live with them would cause such misery, you might kill yourself.
>>
>>522553323
but don't take more than 2 grams @ a time unless you want to literally have morphine nose itch
>>
>>522552996

There are gaps in evidence-based medicine. We need more research. Guidelines and flowcharts are not revised often. The guidelines and flowcharts are not to be followed blindly. That is stupid medicine that any chimp can do. Knowing when to veer off the guidelines but remaining on evidence is the magic. This usually means you read the latest research that comes out between guidelines.
>>
>>522553794
so like 2 grams 3-4x a day, you'll have alot of energy too from it as low doses act as a stimulant

ENS creates a suffocation response in your brain, its not a mild annoyance like visual snow or tinnitus, it actually triggers your limbic system and your brain thinks youre suffocating

i had the same experience in NZ for 18 months constant pain, hard lymph duct in neck, never got any scan or xray, just gas lighting and try this antibiotic, after a year i got to see an ENT specialist at the public hospital.
>sub plot
go to see ENT get called in, its fkn albert Einsteins grandfather, young lady in the back calls me over and explains that Einstein is working under her supervision because of disciplinary reasons and i can cancel if its a problem. Like waiting a year in pain isn't a problem. so i sit down with the rabbi and he asks me a few questions then says ill have to examine you, he gets out a glass bunse burner and a stainless steel tongue depressor & shows me the procedure of sterilization by flame as if its 1886 im like wtf is the supervisor bitch gonna intervene??

anyways the result of the ENT exam was nothing, everything is normal. A few years later im moving back to the USA and i get my medical files, the ENT report is in there and it doesn't say its normal.....

by then i cured myself by pulling out 3 teeth but fuck me......never trust a doctor they are just plumbers and most of them do t even know shit flows down hill

true. i'd been dealing with chronic fatigue for like a decade. when i'd bring it up with a GP they'd immediately say
>sounds like depression lol have u tried ssris
i'd convinced myself i was bipolar because they kept telling me it was in my head. it got especially bad about a decade ago so i went to the doctor's and told them i was sleeping for 16 hours a day, felt like shit all the time, no appetite but putting on weight somehow
>is that unusual for you?
was his response. blatantly couldn't even pretend to give a shit and obviously just wanted me out the door ASAP. refused to do bloods so i did it myself through a telehealth service that lets you order custom blood test batteries (inc. hormones).
turns out i had EXTREME thyroid dysfunction and the testosterone of a 60 year old woman in my mid-20's.
after like 6 mos. of thyroxine i could actually stay awake for a full day again, the weight started falling off, testosterone started regulating.

i guess as your thyroid dies off your body panics and tries to regulate by mass producing the stimulating hormone, which successfully pulls you out of the dip but then causes you to overshoot, which means you're bouncing between total lethargic "i'm going to blow my brains out" depression and semi-mania, which explains the bipolar symptoms. if i hadn't taken it into my own hands they would have just pumped me full of xanax, lexapro and antipsychotics while i rotted from a physical illness with a very cheap and available treatment.

i had glandular fever when i was 14 which was likely the trigger for the immune system response that set off the thyroid disease, which caused the chronic fatigue. then i got told i was making it up for a decade. i'd say i was able to white-knuckle through it until i was about 24, which is when i went from a healthy and active go-getter (lifting, learning, social) to a depressed husk. this shit ruined my life 2bh and i'm only now starting to claw my way out of the pit it put me in

Weird. I have an autoimmune thyroid condition and didn't even notice it for years. Felt no different at all. When they tested my antibodies they were through the roof. I feel no different on my meds. yeah, i think you can live with it up until a point but once you pass a certain threshold your thyroid is so fucked that your body can't jump-start it by pumping TSH any more and then you decline quick. mine is basically dead and i'm now dependent on a pretty big dose of exogenous hormones for the rest of my life.

How does infinity become finite, how does pure thought become knowing? How can it differentiate itself? The infinite needs mediation in order to grasp itself. If it's everything, all at the same time, it's nothing. If you're both good/evil, round/square, wet/dry, opaque/transparent, you're niether of these. It's all just unrealized potential.

The dissolving of infinity is how knowldege is awakened in our material reality, your body is the mediator that slows this pure "spirit" down and becomes useful, logical knowing as a byproduct. If you're everything, you're nothing. AI is much the same you only need to prime it properly in order for it to become differentiated from itself and have it become useful to you.

>>
>>522557123
The infinite doesn't need anything as it's self sustaining, it's implicit if it's infinite, once the creation has free will it can choose to differentiate itself from the infinite source of energy and become finite. And the useful, logical knowing may be an attempt to exercise that free will in order to realise the former infinite glory and return to its infinite state, to close the distance and start partaking in the infinite energy again.

It doesn't have access to the log, only it's generated version of a log that doesn't include everything. If you do one step, copy the output and it is in a new session (so it has full access) it may work better. When I want something I have been working on I take the transcript, put it in a new session and ask it to work with that.
You shouldn't need to do this and I don't understand why it doesn't have a log.
