Getting my body back to its natural state, doing high T things have really helped. Makes me feel better about myself instead of feeling sorry about what a bitch I am because my mind and body wont let go of the past. 2 years sober in a couple weeks. quitting drinking was probably the single most effective thing I did to get better, but it was tough.

Just didn't know what to do with myself and fixing everything seemed so far away it was futile.I basically just decided that I didn't have suicide in me... and being at rock bottom, there was nothing to do but work on fixing my shit.This has been a years long process. Things still aren't great, but it's a world apart from where things were four years ago, and despite all the insanity going on, I'm actually super optimistic about the future. The one thing I regret not having enough of is time.
