The constitution is only ever invoked at the detriment of hard working Americans. It has been perverted beyond belief with "amendments" and nobody ever talks about this.

>1st Amendment: Exists>Alex Karp: BAWWWWWWWReminder that Epstein gave Thiel tens of millions of dollars in order to bootstrap his domestic surveillance empire. Reminder that Palantir is Epstein coded. Reminder that Palantir is anti-Constitutional and anti-Bill of Rights in particular and therefore as anti-American as anything can possibly get.
The Anti-Federalists warned us. The Bill of Rights is the last bit of freedom some of is have. The 14th amendment and everything after that are for citizens of Washington DC AKA citizens of the United States. That was the trick. The slaves were never freed. They were made citizens of Washington DC. All rights and access to the Bill of Rights came from being a citizen of one of the several states. The segregation laws were constitutional because they had a different political status. You can see that there are different political statuses in Supreme Court cases starting with the slaughterhouse cases, Dread Scott, Plessy vs Ferguson, Elk vs Wilkins, and many more. The guys yelling "state citizen" stuff are not completely wrong. A state citizen is now "national" in the statutes. You will find it in the 1940 immigration act. Brown vs Board of education is where they turned everyone into a citizen of the United States/14th amendment citizen by default. The trick is in the first couple lines. All persons born in the US AND subject to... Not ARE subject to. RESIDENT is another word people don't get. Legally it means being in a place for benefit or to discharge a duty. Are you a resident? When you see the "are you a citizen and a resident" questions do they ask what state? Nope. They are asking you if you are a citizen of DC living in one of the several states. Like a residency program for new doctors. They don't work there as an employee. They are there in training. I am not a 14th amendment citizen.
