I hadn't eaten Campbell's soup for like 20 years.
on a whim, I got some Chicken and rice and a can of Buffalo style tomato that I thought I would eat with a grilled cheese sandwich.

Every country in Europe and even China and Japan have banned fluoride by the way. Only in America does pretty much every single city add about 0.50-0.70mg per liter of water. Now add in the toothpaste you use, and you see where this is going. Don't forget the microplastics in the food, especially fast food and resturant food. Or breathing in the air near busy streets. Or the fact that our shirts, underwear, socks and pants all have some form of plastic/polyster which destroy health overtime. And at best, a skin rash. And heavy metal aluminium in dedorants which clog your pores and lymphnpdes of the armpits which cause all the toxic shit you sweat out to go right back into your system, fucking up the Th1/Th2 immune system balance. And don't forget the chlorine in the water which destroys your gut flora which is why you have so many autists, ADHD, lactose intolerant food allergic people. If you're in America or other jew country, never ever walk barefoot on grass. The weed killer will be absorbed as the soles are highly absorbive of chemicals hence people taking magnesium baths etc. If you have hardwood/poly vinyl floor don't walk barefoot in home either. And don't cook your food with Teflon, that shit is absolutely fucking cancerous. So much shit to list, I can go on and on.

Or just move to a city or country that doesn't purposefully put industrial poisonous waste like fluoride in the water at exceedingly high amounts and write it off as "healthy" even though we already get more than enough through toothpaste and Europe, China, and Japan have banned it.

Oh yes, I literally forgot. They had so much of it that their very next thought process was "no where to put it? put it in the water!". They see us labrats. So all those women pissing out birth control put estrogen in the water, same with antidepressants and any other medicine being excreted through the kidneys and liver which is all of them.

Excess estrogen in women cause breast cancer and early puberty and other types of cancer. In men, of course, it's not just becoming "gay" or feminine but fucking up our entire hormonal profile.

Look into the plastic apocaylpse. Plastic is like glass. You can't get rid of it or make it cease to exist. That's why they're called forever chemicals. You break 1 piece of glass and it just creates 10 more pieces.
