Niggers (and Hispanics) perform poorly, so standards are constantly lowered by schools so that the kids “pass” and the school stays funded. The government recognized that majority brown schools were STILL underperforming so they standardized public education (made it worse) and shuffled schools around to get more whites/asians to go to the shitty ones to bring up grades. Instead, parent put their kids in private schools, or on the case of Baton Rouge, whites made their own town so they wouldn’t be zoned to niggers.
