>>522574527>Used to help with sleepyeah messing with brain chemicals aint gonna do much good for sleep in the long run, also day sleep is noticeably lower quality I'm finding out after many years of doing so, either my age or the health lifestyle I'm on is making it obvioushealthy lifestyle and scheduling/recording your actions probably best for sleep, did the later for a week and I did everything better, ate meals more regularly, slept more regularly etc, lack of discipline made me stop though feels a bit restrictive to not just do whatever whenever as I feel like it, think I'll try it again
