Guilt comes from the accuser. If your cattle were marching down the street saying meet is murder that would create guilt. Here in America we are forced into guilt by blacks and other nonwhites, in Europe it is by muslims. A criminal is forced into guilt by a judge. A man talking bad about China is made to feel guilt if he lives in China, if he lives in America he may be celebrated. In conclusion, allowing foreigners into your society creates a penetrating damage on your psyche because now they have power over you and you have to feel a sense of obligation to them.
