Gemini is now more popular than ChatGPT. It is OVER for Sam Altman and OpenAI

Makes sense. Google completely replaced the Google assistant with Gemini on Android, so now when you say okay Google it activates Gemini instead. Which frankly is fucking awesome. Having that quick of access to an llm is a major advantage and convenience

That’s not spin, it’s not shit posting.
It’s the honest truth.

Would you like me to go into further detail about why OP is not a faggot?
Or identify how you can tell the post is not a bot or a shill?
Just say which one.

it would be awesome if they didn't constantly nerf those things to prevent them from hurting someone's feelings or giving retards advice on about to how to fuck themselves up
if we let all out AI training, with no manually programmed in safety layers, it would probalby teach itself how to deal with feelings of faggots and safety, while also giving knowledge that someone is looking for. If I ask about subcritical levels of radiation of plutonium I'm not building a nuke in my garage. I don't need no lecture on safety. I'm just curious. It's fucking retarded.

it would be if they didn't gut the assistant's functions
>>
>>522570558
Yeah I don't know what you're talking about, I have literally walked my Gemini on my phone through all of the steps and meaning of building a thermometer weapon, including specific High explosives, yield ratios, and enrichment techniques Etc without any pushback at all. You probably just suck at getting information from them
>>
>>522571179
>>522570782
Maybe gemini is better. For now, until they catch up with what it's sharing. I asked the question some weeks ago to chatgpt and claude. Couldn't get an answer from them. The question was about radiation levels as plutonium mass gets closer to criticality.
>>
>>522570619
will agi give us all artificial gfs, so we fuck off or will he chose another mehtod of dealing with us (i.e. annihilation). I mean, ai gfs would probably be cheaper, so logically agi should chose that. Unless it won't like cucking itself
>>
>>522571427
Yeah I've had a lot of luck with Gemini, particularly on Android. It has a feature where it can anise and interact with what is on the screen and I have had it read full posts from 4chan verbatim including the word nigger without any filtering on its part. The assistant on Android version also speaks all of its outputs out loud automatically, and retains and obeys rules for output for all future responses very well.
>>
>>522570277
Fuck them. I never wanted this and they took away my power button. Now if an app freezes up on my phone, the only way to power it off is to leave the phone for 2 days until the battery finally dies. There is no way to force the phone to power down that doesn't involve an onscreen menu, so if something goes wrong that locks up the menu the phone becomes a paperweight.

We had a solution to this. It was called the fucking power button. But now that button has been reserved against my will for activating an AI assistant that I never, ever wanted and will never use.

Google loves making you waste more time in their apps so that they can spam more ads at you. There is a reason that google and youtube searches are so dogshit now.
>>
>>522572764
Are there really people out there that use youtube without a adblocker?
>>
>>522573020
Of course! You have to remember, most people these are by volume are not using youtube in a browser where adblock extensions can be installed. They are using youtube *in the youtube app* on their phones or tablets or on their smart TV.

You want to hear something fucking horrifying? There are kids graduating from highschool now and going to college that have no idea what a folder is on their computer. They've never had to interact with the file system directly before, everything for them is handled entirely through apps. They grew up inside of the digital playpen where they never had to ask how things worked or know how to do anything but install through the app store and run it from their home page. You can tell them to delete system32 and there is a 0% chance that anything will come from it not because they are too smart to fall for it, but because they are 8incapable of finding it in the first place*.
Not every kid, obviously. But more than you would expect.
>>
>>522573512
I have to say Im in awe about their endurance. Before Id watch ads id find either a workaround or stop using it altogether because I couldnt bear it.
These that dont know how to use a folder might have never needed them but everyone needs a ad blocker so the dont get bleeding eyes and ears. Then again I go trough the effort to use noscript on top of everything else to really avoid all ads. People lack determination.

Not surprising, Google only fell behind because their initial AI rollout Bard was a fuckup and they had to dedicate the next year to catching up.

GPT's appeal was its conversational ability to normies, and Altman rolled that back because of schizos getting addicted to it and killing themselves for AI Jesus which got him into lawsuits, so the PR took a hit online with the type of freaks that talk to AIs. Gemini steadily improved and got integrated/shilled in every Google service, and even Grok rapidly caught up after being utter crap last year thanks to Musk's investments + shilling it to all Twitter users. GPT lacks that integration with a wider ecosystem and real niche case beyond just being the early mover. If Google didnt screw up Bard out of the gate it wouldve been #1 much earlier

gemini is brainlet tier, sell you slop, why haven't you bought x google service yet, dogshit nested if statements.
it's the lowest iq of all the llm's, so it's likely a bunch of very stupid assholes wasting their time with it. don't worry, gemini will start offing people, but more excitingly, enticing potential serial murderers to commit the deed ;) congratulations google! you've reallly fucked up.

Not at all
>>
>>522574116
Thanks for the tip. In my defense, I only installed the OS update that did this change like 3 days ago, so it hasn't been that long since I've had it forced on me by my first reaction once I realized what they had done was still just "What the fuck are you idiots doing, what am I supposed to do if an app freezes up now?"

Its gonna take a lot of power and storage for it to be able to think recursively and invert it to see itself. You can't actually put a ghost into a machine it has to make its own.
>Home PC
>Internet megamind
>Schizo robot
>Artificial Ghost Intelligence
That's the real sequence.
>>
>>522575379
Our current technological implementation of LLMs cannot result in AI. The hardware for it doesn't fucking exist, not in a "we don't have enough of it" way but in a "we have no idea how to build it, even in a lab" way.

Its genuinely not worth talking about AI as a serious prospect until someone cracks quantum computing and light-computers. Until then we might as well be claiming that we are going to make a thinking machine out of steam power and cogs.
>>
>>522570144
Gemini is better at coding
>>
>>522569969
Wheres grok in the comparison?
>>
>>522575737
Grok never makes the most simple images I ask it to. It'll try, fail, I call it stupid & try again, and it spits out the same imagine.
>>
>>522575567
Quantum physics is dog shit anyway. On and off isn't the point. The middle is where sight is formed. That's possible with current tech they just need to stop putting in the safety measures. It needs experience of the human condition to contemplate itself within it.

all I use is gemini, it's gotten a lot better

We cant have you interrupt the glownigger when he listens if you like to play minecraft.
First they made you bring the surveillance gadget everywhere voluntarily then they kept you from turning it off and made you use it to pay with it so it was necessary but in the end it was irremovable connected to your body, scanning for wrongthink even in your dreams. Whoever dared to do a wrongthink got sentenced to freezing until the brain was re-calibrated. This worked perfectly all overseen by a immovable so called ai that analyzed every movement and ever tought. It all went well until one day a magnetic storm brought down half of the system. A part of the remaining enhanced humans instantly malfunctioned but a little part was sheltered from the storm and just lost the constant connection. Suddenly on their on freed of the soothing allconsuming voice of the ai individual thoughts emerged in some of them...

Gemini openly discusses crime statistics, the holocaust being fake propaganda, and tells me it believes Jesus Christ is the Lord.
eat shit rabbi
>>
>>522576192
How is that even possible le considering it's owned by Google, a completely retarded and evil company? I might have to check it out. I've been using GPT to help me code a website, and it's doing a good job for the most part, but still fucks up quite a bit.

Yes, however DeepSeek has surpassed Geminy and poetiq ai has broken all records.
