Do they need to kill with a spear and walk barefoot in a loincloth in order to gain respect? Do they need to master using calls, scents, and other forms of camouflage? Do they need to use a drone to fly above the area they are hunting to spot their prey? Should they perhaps “stalk” their prey? Is fishing the same? Should fishermen have to only use live bait? Perhaps a fisherman should spear their fish? I haven't bought government meat in over 6 years since I used my autism to learn to hunt. I get whatever tag I can get, usually archery or rifle, and use my autistic powers to e-scout and find spots where game could be.I also learned to call elk which makes the hunt much more fun.I butcher my own meat, and even built my own meat locker for ageing. Figuring out all of the cuts, ways to cook each out, and recipes I like really tickles my autism.These rednecks that have hunted all of their lives aren't the same.
