Since America isn’t a dictatorship he wasn’t able to go all the way, but the policies of Reagan are almost equivilent to those of Singapore, UAE, and now El Salvador. Total economic freedom to encourage investment and entrepreneurship while also cracking down hard on degenerate antisocial behavior that rots societies and causes violence/disorder
