Shitposting was different then, more original, specific and witty, now it's the same everywhere, the same memes regurgitated ad infinitum. I guess the internet went to shit in the same way as the world around us, fucking globalism and american cultural imperialism. It used to be isolated pockets of different tribes and customs, now it's all the same corrupted mass everywhere you go.
