Well, 2 points more unpopular than Biden. Not "the same", but worse.
All because of that new weird word Trump invented according to himself: Affordability.
No one knew what that word meant before Trump invented it, and now he's hounded by it.
Shouldn't go around inventing words. But I guess it's okay as long as he doesn't invent "Insurrection", "guillotine" or "mass cullings of republicans".
>>
Well yeah, he hasn't done shit to change course.
Shits unbelievably expensive and the guy can't even pretend to sympathize with the american public as he proclaims "GOLDEN AGE."
There has been zero proposed legislation to handle the housing market, no disincentives for mass capital to hold onto single family homes as if they're investments.
The has been little movement on healthcare reform, just miscellaneous deals that assuredly benefit the manufacturer more than the consumer.

Inflation came back down under Biden, and has stayed low under Trump.
The issue here is Americans actually want DEFLATION, for prices to come back down.
>>
My estimate is a 80% chance Trump will implement some form of price controls approximately 6 months before the midterms, which may turn a severe Republican loss into a minor one but rebound later to hit JD Vance's candidacy in the arse

That or wage increases.
There's no jobs in the US to raise wages though and what jobs are here are actively suppressed by oligarchs importing labor legally and illegally.
