I'm a local mom 'n' pop home provider and the recent wave of Chinese-inspired landlord hate on /pol/ is as transparent as it is harmful.Reality is we simply do not have enough houses/apartments for everyone. Some people HAVE TO and DESERVE to be homeless.>hurr why not build more condos?Because if you do this property values will drop and home providers such as myself will not be able to serve our tenants as efficiently. If we're out of a job, then those homes are no longer being provided = exploding homeless population. Without landlords to give people apartments, people would be forced to live in tents.We need less regulation. The real enemy is the jews or something.
