Who is right in the trades vs. college debate?Apparently college is fake, gay, and a scam, but the wealthy and the kikes seem to be dead set that their own children attend it. On the other hand, trades avoid all the debt and indoctrination in bullshit, but they hold little to no influence, wreck your body and may be a meme designed to flood the industry with cheap labour and jeets.Who is right? Which side is mossad shills and the other redpilled?
>>522613195Go to the best college you can get into without racking up ridiculous amounts of student-loan debt. Major in something serious.
depends on your major in college and what "trade" you go into.
Figure out everyone's aptitudes and then assign them to what they're a fit for / what roles need to be filled. Presupposing the establishment of the natsoc ethnostate which reframes employment as a matter of maximizing collective welfare rather than a satanic rat race for goytokens of course
There is no right or wrong answer as both the intelligentsia and peasant class are necessary for national survival
>>522613195When deciding a career you should pick something that you enjoy so you don't hate your life and also something that gives you a good ROI so you're not poor.Sometimes that means college and sometimes that means a trade. It depends on the person. To me this is the most obvious chiche generic advice ever but apparently people like you need to hear it.
>>522613337yes.
>>522613195Even the lowest of associate degree will give you a better life than any trade job
>>522613366This is what I told my children. One is an HVAC tech with a mind toward being self-employed eventually. The other is studying for a career in anthropology and archeology at a private school. He got an almost full ride and will graduate with less than 10K in debt. They're both doing the right thing based on their individual interests and aptitudes.
>>522613195College if you’re big brained or from a rich family. Trades if you’re a brainlet. Simple as.
>>522613556Shhh, reasonable discourse is verboten here.
>>522613404No, not really. AA degrees aren't respected. Getting a four-year degree in a real subject from a real university probably will, though. Anyway, I work in the trades now and make decent money ($120K).
>>522613635The general-contractor supervisors at the construction site I'm working on now all have four-year degrees in addition to technical competence. They're making about $250K.
>>522613195Trades is the new learn to code, except they're paid nearly nothing. If you're the 5% on a union site clearing 6 figures, good on you, but 95% will be near minimum wage wrecking their bodies so you can give Karen a good deal.
>>522613195If you're going to be a wagie then you should probably go to college. If you're not a midwit who needs a boss telling them what to do to make money, then you can work for yourself. In that case you don't need to go into debt for a piece of paper. You can open any business you want, without any degree. You can open a hospital if you want, even if you're not a doctor. You just have to hire some wagie doctors who did go into debt for a piece of paper.
>>522613195The answer is fiat currency. The value of a dollar has been debased so dollars in general just arne't worth as much.
>>522614219AS is a good degree, so long as it is accredited. Originally got an accredited AS degree in mech eng and worked with a 60k salary for about 3 years at 20 when I graduated with minimal debt. Now I'm studying nuclear physics and engineering and looking to clear around 100k starting upon graduation with some offers. Associates is a great first step and gets you decent money if you ever need to return to school to pay out of pocket, alongside gives you unique scholarship opportunities. Better than trades considering the hours you put in is only high during those few years of college rather than your whole career
