>>522623302I guess I'm going to have to shoot mine soon. He's 13 and has lost all control of his bowels. I took him to the vet but they didn't see anything wrong other than he's just old. They said they would put him down if I wanted them to, but I'm not going to kill him just because he shits and pisses himself. The vet said he was OK though, not in too much pain, but if he got to where he couldn't get up, or stops eating then to bring him back and put him down.The problem is, my dog hates the vet. When he gets to the vet office he starts to shake and tries to hide his head. I don't want that to be the last thing in his life. When he gets too bad I'm going to take him outside, give him a pork chop and a whole chocolate bar, then shoot him in the head when he's not looking.

At the vet when he finally collapsed from the dry heaving and white foam spit coming out of his mouth. I sat on the floor at the vet for hours just rubbing him and listening to his ragged breathing. The vet told me he was gonna be calm for awhile because his intesines where most likely dead. He said I should act before the toxins build up in his body and he goes into circulatory shock.
