And it’s inevitable. I’m not talking about America or “the West,” but everywhere. Every country of importance, the USA, China, the EU, Japan, Korea, India - they’re all circling the drain. And you wanna know something, there’s not one single world leader that can stop it. Sure, we’ll have some more pointless wars soon to try and pump some life into each respective country but the end result is inevitable. Total collapse and regression. This is the end result of runaway modernization. Our ways of life have evolved faster than we can adapt. 100 years ago TV didn’t even exist. Now you can fly from New York to Sydney in under 24 hours while watching a movie and talking to your friends and family back home on the same device you use to order pizza and taxis and post pictures of frogs for thousands of strangers online to look at. How do you expect the human mind to adapt to that level of convenience? It’s practically an overdose. There is no adaptation. The step is too high. You either implode into selfish escapism or melt down into unchecked consumerism. And that’s what we see everywhere today. There no going back, friends. Let’s enjoy the ride down.
