Even the listings on indeed aren’t real anymore. How are people getting jobs in this economy?
>>522629033You have to be a mexican or black woman and do a bd job to get hired now.
>>522629119says right there no mexican or niggers. It clearly says you have to protect company assets.
>>522629188Have you even been out in public before?Everywhere you try to go is all fat mexican women and ugly black women.I have eyes you dickhead.
>>522629033I have my "looking for work" thing turned on, although I've not been looking for work for at least 7 years. All I see is the same jobs over and over and over, year after year at the same companies, they just put these requests out to make themselves look busy, look like they are growing. I'd be surprised if 1/10 was "real".
>>522629487When I switch to looking for work I get recruiters reaching out to me within a day. Sounds like a skill issue
>>522629487Looking for work make you sound like a prostitute.

>>522629487I thought my unit was losing funding this year (government funded) so I went on a months-long job search. I applied for pretty much anything except fast food. I could not ever get a single interview. It’s all online now, even the local stuff. I wasted so much time drafting cover letters and tweaking my resume for whatever job I was applying for. None of it felt real. The most contact I received was notifications that the positions I had applied for were no longer hiring. Were they just posting fake jobs and then pulling them? Is “no longer hiring” some kind of pussified 2025 way of saying, “We hired somebody else”? Who knows. A couple of banks I had applied to I walked in to ask about the jobs, and they’d act all weird and say they hadn’t posted anything, that corporate handled all of the job stuff. They couldn’t even confirm to me that there was even a job opening that existed in their building.
>>522629033What economy?Only gods chosen people have any money and if you're lucky enough to receive some in exchange for your time and energy, you should give me some of that shit because money rules the earth and people will do anything for it. ANYTHING. So yeah, what's an economy? We are a cargo cult serving beaked plutocrats. Eventually the last of the intelligent goyim will be weeded out and the chosen ones will inherit the planet. No economics necessary, just tricks.
Every single job is given to someone beforehand. Someones cousin, friend of a friend etc. They just have to advertise the job opening to everyone for legal reasons. But theyre always rigged from the start.
>The jobs don’t job anymoreyou sound like a tiktok tranny
>>522629572It's always a skill issue, they define 10% undesirables and use them as a threat for the rest of the cattle.
>>522629572Probably work from home scams.
>>522629033Costco never hires directly for LP. You start in other more basic positions in the warehouse and then transfer into LP later.>t. Costco knower
>>522633133What’s the best way to get hired there? I imagine the turnover is low.
>>522633634>What’s the best way to get hired there? I imagine the turnover is low.Apply online (sorry). There are often big batches of hiring in the summer and in the fall/winter. Fall/winter hiring is often seasonal and many/most will be laid off in January, but if you do an exceptional job they will keep you.Really depends on how under-staffed your local warehouse is. Turnover is low, but people quit or transfer positions or transfer to other warehouses, especially if a new warehouse is opening and they need all the slots filled.
>mfw trying to figure out how I even have a job at all, let alone one where I'm in charge of other people
>>522629033You know someone who's already working at the company and can get you in.
>>522633634Get an education bro. Get certified in something. The government has set it up that certifications are what lead to jobs. You’ll thank yourself in five years. Scrumming for some brainless warehouse job is not how to spend your time.
>>522633907You're the naive idiot who gets blamed when things go south. Many such cases.
>>522629033how is that legal? Its fake advertisement no one reads a disclaimer.
>>522629033A lot of them are but they're $17-22hr temp agency jobs. If you want to work for a specific company go to their website.
