Two days later, he finally responds with "Please to be telling me the result of you following the troubleshooting guide?"It's been nearly two weeks. We have a H-1B guy who has been on the job over 10 years, who just AI-generates all his emails to customers. I read through his tickets sometimes for morbid amusement. Even after customers catch on that they're getting AI nonsense, like recommending they run commands that don't exist, or repeat troubleshooting steps, or change configs that would fuck everything up, he just keeps going, until the ticket gets requeued to somebody else, or the customer gives up and stops responding.
