This is simple to circumvent by using DoH / DoT (basically encrypted DNS). If you use firefox you can simply open your settings, type DNS and set it to maximum security with cloudflare as the provider.Nr. 2 is putting you behind a firewall and actually blocking you from connecting to the 4chan servers. This can easily be circumvented by using a VPN. Windscribe is very cheap and easy to install.See ya.
