I work for Elon, it's not good. I can't say too much because they have an infosec team that searches the internet for posts that any employees make. They have a term for it and it's called Tesla Burnout, basically its what happens when you have 15+ managers in your region all quitting because the company is a literal clusterfuck internally. The churn is something like I've never seen before. They treat the employees like Amazon, they track literally everything you do including when you walk through certain doors in the building and how much time you spend working thru the day. What I was told by other employees is that Elon started chopping employees during the big layoffs they had, but then told the remaining people they had to work 3x harder so that they could do the work of 3 people for the same pay. It's the reason that so many are quitting.
