Won't happen. By removing Section-230, they remove all protections to websites for any illegal content posted, including anything copyrighted. It would destroy the internet and all monetization ability of the internet, and ISPs would also be on the hook. So the ISPs, data companies, internet companies will all lobby against it and they have a lot more money than whoever's lobbying for this bill. Thus it won't pass.
