Why the fuck does Trump not get rid of ALL restrictions on firearms. Each and every restriction that has been ever made. He could do it right? He's president, been president for quite awhile. As far as I know though only more restrictions have been put in place where you randomly can't have this or that attachments and whatever for dumb fuck reasons and of course criminals and the mentally ill can't have guns. I don't believe ANY restrictions should apply other than if you're being CURRENTLY held in a psych ward or prison you can be disarmed while in there at the discretion of the people there, other than that though if you're free to walk the streets then you should be free to have any weapon you want.Second thing; why not make some kind of boy scouts / military style training mandatory for everyone but not service, nobody required to service, the point of said training would be to make sure every last America is armed and knows how to use his gun and reaches a certain level of fitness. The point being that if ever there IS a need for fighting men to defend the nation, you already have a ton of pre-trained and fit men ready to serve. I don't see why anyone would object to being trained and given a gun when there's zero demands of actual military service in combat zones, the only expectation here is you just have these skills.
Like right now if some new Pearl Harbor shit happened, even if there was a ton of volunteers, most of said volunteers would require years of training still before they'd be useful. If you trained everyone beforehand then anyone who wants to volunteer could be ready for action immediately because they're already trained and equipped.
