We call this "Golden shower" here in Warsaw (Poland Capital for outsider). The best thing too you just put forage mushrooms and stock in pot with vegetables and simmmer (med heat, 1-2 hrs) and its always hot and ready to go at your stove.What food deals/ traditions do you have where you live?
