How will an AI society look? If there's no need for human labour, the economy as we know it doesn't exist. So what happens with real estate, cars, yachts, etc? Do people just keep what they have or is there wealth distribution? And if so who decides who lives in an estate in Malibu and who lives in Punjabistan?
