Bosses couldn't even use printers and they did absolutely nothing but socialized. They were more eager to speak sweet words to the right people (in hope for promotion) than they were to work. "Oh we are always very busy" was their bs lie that they loved to spout out often. No shit we are busy, none of you are working! And when you work it's like watching a slow-motion.I was given non-impactful useless ass tasks which would often forced me to do overtime while the karens were busy traveling around the city and the country visiting all sort of seminars (and the after parties and the brunches) with tax payers expense. I was their work horse. I sometimes witnessed them coming back to work from their 2h lunch break just to gaggle and gossip.I don't know if I should accept this job or not. All female department sounds ass. They told me in the interview that they are suuuuper yet somehow 4 people were able to interview me for 3 hours. Ain't that odd?

In fact, pregnant women are the biggest burden in such workplaces. I swear every single one of them applies for these jobs to burdenmax. I consider them the original burdenmaxers. So what I did then is just scale down my work to the amount I would get done before they left on their paid leaves, essentially getting only 1/3rd done. I was confronted over "not finishing work" many, many times and the beauty of a government job are the rights to stand up for oneself, so I asked them to factually show how my productivity has become lower, because I did the 1/3rd I always did. They tried mobbing and all different tactics on me, but not caring pisses them off even more.
