>>
I dislike the "being poor is a mindset" advice because it's associated with hustlebros but it is very true. so many people I knew blew their covid checks on weed, alcohol, and bs.
>>
Sheeiiit I spent that on myself lmao.

Most of the people seething about muh cost living or inflation or "affordability" are either junkie shitskins and democrat welfare queens looking for handouts or BRICS demoralization shills. The entire narrative is totally inorganic. None of these democrat trannies or vatnig shills had anything to say about Biden or vost of living when he was president.
>>
>>523913797
I spent $0 lol
>>
>>523914164
A calendar is a splendid gift. I am sure they all will be satisfied.

>everyone one paycheck away from bankruptcy
>food price doubles, nothing changes
>everyone goes out and buys a new car with high interest
>electricity price goes up 30%, nobody cares
>everyone buys a $70 video game
>gas prices spike, nobody cares
>still "one" paycheck from bankruptcy
hmmMMmmm
retards will always bankrupt themselves, and people who know how to add and subtract will not. nothing ever happens. fuck this gay earth
>>
>>523914560
Based scrooge.
>>523914164
I meant to do a custom one for my folks but forgot because my wife found other shit for them.
>Average
49 people spend $100 and one guy buys his wife a car, what's the average of the 50 of them? Median would be more meaningful here.
>>
>>523913797
It's true in Eastern Europe. Parents will get mad if you spend 100-200 dollars.
>>
>>523913797
>Average (meaning mean in normalfag lingo)
use the fucking median, the obvious outliers fuck this whole thing up
>>
>>523913797
The one thing I agree with boomers on is all the unnecessary spending. Younger generations DO spend a lot on takeout, streaming services, general entertainment, over priced cars, and junk in general. I’m not saying you have to live in a barebones apartment eating ramen, but my wife and I are considered “low income” and we save a lot of money. We cook our own food, do 1 date night per week, modest vacations, don’t drink, drive older model cars that are still reliable and paid off, don’t go out clubbing, and don’t finance stupid purchases. Friends that make twice what I make are somehow horribly in debt because they HAVE to buy a current year model truck, fly out of state multiple times per year for random “getaways”, and constantly buy the newest electronics. I agree the economy could be a lot better and prices are way over bloated, but you can also not be a dumbass with your money.

really not enough, you need 6 months minimum
>>
>>523913797
Idk man the older I get the less I care about Christmas.
I have a couple of nephews that I spoil and that's good enough for me.
>>
>>523913797
No one I know is spending anything like this as a middle class American. Assuming this stat is true, it is yet another case of American averages being skewed by a handful of kikes spending $800 million each while millions of Americans spend $6. Let's see the median here
>>
>>523913797
That's part of the (((managed economy))).
Jews can't outright murder people who resist their rule en masse in the West (yet), so the next best thing is to keep everyone financially vulnerable so they can murder you through cancellation of your employment, and therefore your ability to survive.
Cancellation is a very jewish form of murder.
>>
>>523916408
I'm considering upgrading to ten actually. So about 6 months worth of income.

The prospect of a 2008, scares me. People always assume they will keep their jobs.
>>
>>523916597
I bet they are tacking on all the costs of food, decorations, travel expenses, and alcohol then just dividing it by the average amount of people per household. I’ve never once trusted a survey or an “the average person…” post ever.
>>
>>523916723
there's an old saying, "a recession is when your neighbor loses their job, a depression is when you lose yours" or something along those lines. I'm concerned too. There are some significant clouds gathering. The ZIRP bubble continuing to drain the cheap money that was fueling a lot of the employment, AI causing lower skilled white collar job losses that reduce demand generally, asset price declines due to the employment losses furthering the cascade. I don't think we'll see total collapse but a number of long term cycles line up on the 2025-2030, we will likely see a reconfiguration of the social compact and a redefinition of what work means.
>>
>>523913797
>bongs haven't heard of a Christmas Fund you throw money into year-round
>>
>>523917426
Nah, best way is to just buy little things here and there throughout the year. If my mom heard me say I liked something, she’d buy it the next day and just hold onto it all year. Pretty sure she’s never bought a gift in December. She also keeps like 50 greeting cards on hand at all times for every occasion.
>>
>>523913797
I spend that x20 for a pair of earrings for my daughter, and that's one of the cheaper things lel.
I hate poor people.
>>
>>523914511

Eh, not true. People who rent and don't make a lot of money have been in a tough spot. I don't even look at my electric bill bc it's autopay, but it's probably $500+ per month from june-october. A rentoid probably just leaves the AC off, and stews in 80 degree indoor temps.

And then they have to pay $2000 for rent while only making $3000 or so per month if that. Lots of people are struggling in this regard. It's very easy to see how fucked up the disparity in housing is because for instance, I'm paying $1100 for a house. But if somebody wants to rend in my neighborhood, it's $2200. So, I'm both making more money than the rentoid, and my 'rent' is half what they pay. And then of course most of the new construction in nicer areas of the area its full of indians, and I'm getting passed on the road by some lady in a hijab driving a new bmw.

Things you don't need to live

>phone
>computer
>games
>more than three outfits and two pairs of boots
>soap
>razors
>a mortgage
>a car

All you need is a water source, a shitting hole, animals to hunt, ability to make fire from sticks, ability to put shit together to protect from the elements, tend to your crops

Anyone can go do this, if you can't I can't be bothered to care that you waste your life waging like a slave then pay jews to watch over your money and it could disappear at any moment
>>
>>523918390
lol living like that is a fantasy unless you're in mongolia or something. In any developed country you'll be required to put in a septic, you can't hunt as many animals as you want on your own property and even the ones you can you have to pay the state for a license and they will fuck you if you don't, your crops won't sustain you without fertilizers and pesticides because the good soil is owned by the megacorps. Good luck
>>
>>523914560
Give them back jamal
>>
I give to people in inverse relation to what they ask me for. Poor people who beg me don't get shit.. not even $1. But people who don't ask me for I money I lavishly spend on.
>>
>>523913797
Are we just counting rent too now or what? lol

Not even the unabomber could do that back in the 70s. He needed outside supplies, and then they came and shit his woods up anyway.

What's her OF?
>>
For Christmas i bought 20k in dividend stocks. Next year I'll have a $1000 Christmas for free.

>>523913797
I spent 0.
No taxes paid.
No slop purchased.
No courier services taken.
Companies will go bankrupt because they can't sell their useless garbage to me. I win.
>>
I’ll probably end up spending like $300 max this Christmas not because I’m poor but because I need to shore up for tax season so I don’t have to give my cocksucking government more money.
>>
>>523913797
Cool, what's the median though?

I might buy a Vz. 58 just because I can. The economy is completely fake, they can make it whatever they want, right now it's pretty fine. Like not bad, not great, it's fine. The propaganda that everything is collapsing in the US is lying to you.
