As someone who has been in all three, it can take your entire life to become one level up from the other. You can lose it with one wrong decision and have to start all over. I don't worry about it much these days I just observe fools fighting over scraps of pennies and recognition only to lead them to another 'big boss' to conquer until they inevitably fall off the ladder chasing it. That's how the upper class keeps the lesser in check. Just wave money at them and give them false hope. Go start a business and hire some guys willing to work for you. You aren't finding someone like you to work for you. You want someone chasing a dream and you want them to keep chasing it while living in your own
