So naming them cannot result in a prosecution because they were already given a get out of jail card - you can't prosecute someone after the fact once the police or FBI have given you that card. But you can of course still be named. So Massie or MTG name them, they can't be sued. People then start talking about them in public. I just wonder how anyone named can explain their way out of it other than saying Massie and MTG are liars. But then the info on why they are involved is revealed and it all checks out.
