Oracle just tried to raise more money and were told "no." You see, the investors haven't seen a dime in profit. The stock is going up, that's different. Recently the head of Google's AI program said, even if AI becomes profitable at their "goal levels" which he didn't elaborate on, they won't be able to pay back the interest on the debt they've taken on to build it out.
