Mr. Amrutesh Vallabhaneni's best shot would be to prove that technology in America is a hinduistic society since only jeets work for it.If I am a judge judging Mr. Vallabhaneni's case, I'd be deathly afraid of deciding in favor of him because I'd be including caste discrimination under the very dangerous racial discrimination law. This could lead to severe damage litigations and even criminal inquiry.
