Why do they fear Borax? I heard it releases built up calcium but I could be wrong.
>>
It raises free testosterone. Can't have you circumventing our endocrine disruption now

Explain more
>>
Just take Boron
>>
>>523970328
You got any gewd schizoposts on the topic? I'll have to check my folders but I never felt as energetic as when I was taking it with iodine.
>>
>>523970384
Boron inhibits SHBG which is the transporter that makes 95% of your testosterone occupied and unbound. It won't raise your total T, but it will free up the test you do have to bind to your androgen receptors
>>
We've reached the point where LLMs are smarter than the average 4chan poster. Maybe we passed that point a while back.

Nice self own. Give me a recipe for flan now, chatgpt.
>>
>>523970479
Occupied and bound**
>>523970444
I'll try to find the schizo sauce I remember reading up on it from. I know a doc in Australia discovered giving people borax effectively cured osteoporosis/arthritis, until the health crazies shut it down.
>>
>>523970444
Also checked and iodine is extremely good as well. With both, you have your thyroid and parathyroid covered. Throw in beef liver once a week, but be careful where you point that thing after
>>
>>523970787
Yeah. I actually used to take all three, and unironically it was a very nice surge of energy that never went away. That and being genuinely clear headed is very nice as well. I was taking it with nac and vitamin c, zinc, vitamin d, k2, etc and mainly from diet. Where I live there's a lot of PFAs and other bullshit in the water, so it helps quite drastically.

Pls post the sauce, I'm interested to know moar.

raw apples are a good source of boron
>>523970787
canned salmon for iodine
>>523971918
sunflower seeds and spinach has a good profile for all of that

these 3 foods are my go to junk food, if I want a snack its apples, canned salmon (comes in those anchovy/sardine size cans) or sunflower seeds.
the spinach goes in every meal. dice it with onions pepper it and shake it up in a ziploc and then put it on everything like a topping or for burrito filler. I put it on ham sandwiches too.

the vitamin k is important during high level physical training, especially with boron, because the regenerative processes for healing (and building) muscle and conditioning bone density all use the same stuff. boron helps you retain nutrients, especially calcium, vitamin k for coagulation helps to repair strain stress tears wounds and damage in general.
you want to avoid estrogen sources for k2 though (onions and kale)
so spinach is the strongest alternative on that. parsley is actually the richest iirc, but I don't know if its the same problem as kale.
I only researched it enough to make the choice that spinach needs to be staple.
>>
>onions and kale
s/o/y and kale

onions are good, s/o/y is not
>>
>>523970255
Shall I lather up with Boraxo, shake hands with Boraxo?
>>
>>523973628
My gut seems to think spinach can fuck the hell off.
Good thing I like sauerkraut.
>>
>>523973768
I don't like spinach. I eat it because its healthy. its not bad diced up raw with onions and peppered as a garnish/topping on everything. its disgusting when its cooked and I don't like raw lettuce-like food in general.
sourkraut is good, just isn't that versatile, can't put it on every food like a topping. goes good as a side with steak though.
>>
>>523970255
it kills ants and probly most insects. they hate what kills them
>>
>>523973323
Jew hate Borax
What else do you need to know? Just take it.
>>
>>523970255
You should spread it around your house, it kills roaches
>>
>>523970479
Retard.
Yes it does inhibit SHBG and raises free T but literally just for like a few days.
Your body seeks homeostasis so it just lowers gnrh->LH/FSH to go back to your baseline androgen state. In the meantime your nipples itch cuz e2 goes crazy. Also your liver is being damaged.
When you stop taking boron your shbg rises and free T dips below natural baseline and you turn into a tranny for a while.

Tldr do not use boron if your shbg is not over the roof
>>
>>523970686
Yes Big Arthritis shut it down
>>
>>523974608
Yeah I had out of range high SHBG despise boron, not sure it's even that efficacious for that.
>>
>>523970255
I use it for cleaning and making insect poisons.
Pretty sure it is highly toxic to consume.
