All over Europe but only gets talked about the Americans.
It cost me 3k 20y ago to get all classes in Italy and had to learn 3 books of rules.
Took me 2y for a CDE.
Meanwhile companies are full of Arabs that don't even speak the language

There all getting there CDL licenses back now in the USA.
The US Post office refused to stop using illegal immigrants who have CDL licenses.
All Trump does is for popularity and not the better of Americans.
