>>523978297I don’t get clot shots. But I do fast throughout the week. Usually Monday through Wednesday I won’t eat at all, Thursday I’ll eat dinner, Friday I’ll eat lunch, Saturday I’ll eat breakfast, and Sunday I’ll eat all three. I always feel energized when I wake up on days I eat nothing.
I dont know about either of those but its the best way to lose weight. I have been doing M,W,F 36-44 hour fasts for a month now weight 174-162. It has rewired the part of my brain that wants to snack all the time.
