Retards think it's "weird" that the price of oil keeps going down DESPITE these strikes, but this is like how commie retards complained in the 90s that the prison population was booming DESPITE crime dropping to historic lows. The reality is that oil wells can't be turned on and off like a kitchen faucet, so any oil that Russia cannot refine domestically is instead dumped onto the global market...and thus the price goes down.
