with US tech companies creating more and more dystopian platforms and business models like kalshi and polymarket, i am starting to wonder if we can turn this technology towards a more positive and beneficial endeavor, modern day slavery that preserves both the slave's and the master's rights, first the slave's right to self-determination and a dignified life, and the master's right to invest in human assets and work to make them more valuable.the system will apply to every child born after 2030, each time a child is born a contract will be created, granting the holder the right to 10% of the income taxes that this child will pay and a means to contact the child, this contract lasts for life and can be traded like any security, when its first issued the parents will be the owners of this contract, if the father is absent then the mother owns the contract in whole.this system means that contract holders have an incentive to invest in these children making sure that they are as productive across their lifetime as possible, it gives lower class parents a direct reward for raising their children that they can feel instantly, hopefully increasing birth rates, and risk tolerant investors can even buy off contracts of newborns and give them very high quality education not only for the good of society, but also for the good of their portfolio, this contract benefits lower class families more than upper class ones, as the lifetime income tax of upper class children is negligible compared to appreciation of their assets.
