Anyone caught possessing, distributing or trafficking ANY scheduled substance needs to be locked in a 24/7 brightly lit crammed locker, then random intervals where it's 24/7 pitch black, heat too high, air too cold, where they can't lie down to sleep, random high pitch sounds, they must lean & stand against the wall to sleep, 3 MRE's a day, and they will develop a hunch and extreme back pain. We can be better than El Salvador, we can make cruel punishment great again and it will be legal with qualified immunity for the detention centers. These drug traffickers need to pay for what they've done, they will be fed to ensure their survival and suffering as long as they breathe. I don't think anyone will want to live in torturous conditions that drive you insane through solitary confinement of claustrophobia. People will traffic at the risk of death penalties, but this will make many second guess the risk/reward. People who have lost family to overdoses and death will support this
