I hope you're realizing why ordainment, tradition, and higher standards are important. But, let's expand that out to everything. When you're being swept up in a whirlwind of enthusiasm and emotion it's okay to be a little critical. When thing after thing just seems off and doesn't sit right with you. When nobody will address your doubts respectfully put forward with anhthing besides calling you a traitor or that you've been brainwashed. When you're doing things that you can be arrested for in most countries and they're being promoted and you're not allowed to talk about what goes on behind the scenes you might be being used by people that aren't interested in your well being, the truth, or the right thing. They just need you to grow their movement either out of vanity or something more nefarious. There have been quite a few Christian cults but there are a few similarities to them.

Some pastors can go on and on and on but that's not what we're talking about. Some people go to church for four hours on Sunday. That isn't it either. It's when it's every single day and it's long form interpretation with little feedback from the congregation and some of the things being taught are just radical. For example, not going to doctors; There aren't going to be a lot of pastors that will make the blanket statement to never seek medical help for disease. They might be skeptical of medicine but they should be available to answer any questions or hesitations a congregrant might have. The majority of Christians believe to try both. Pray for God to remove the sickness and seek treatment so when a pastor connected to no tradition is telling you to like just have faith and that's that it's pretty culty. (It also shows alack of knowledge, because the people being faith healed were conforming to the limited forms of treatment for their ailments and neither Jesus or the apostles admonished anyone for it.)

The unordained vain pastor who has started a cult didn't have to study apologetics to answer doubt nor did he learn the correct attitude when addressing it. In everything he needs to do his best to stay composed because that's going to cost him the argument. The unordained vain cult leader will just kick him out or punish him knowing the rest of the group will go right along to prove their allegiance. The good shepherd goes out of his way for the one sheep.
