Yes. As long as there's not doubt that they did it. I'd even support the death penalty for adultery. Any crime where the person who did it 100% knew what they were doing and there's no point in trying to claim that they did it on accident, like robbing a store, I think should carry permanent consequences, amputation scarification etc. forced labor for the rest. Generally I don't support the death penalty. Having to spend the rest of your life in the US prison system is a fate worse than death itself frankly, no need to give them the easy way out.
