Continental European universal health care often works fairly ok, better than UK or Canada, some basics:- universal insurance, absolutely mandatory for all legal residents, low cost or free for poor and low income- small co-pays helps minimise abuse of the system, people think if they have to even spend €5- medical providers can be 'private sector' and receive a certain amount from insurance per a gov schedule ... they are free to charge more than that if they disclose this up front- system is designed so doctors can make upscale incomes just treating the gov-insured at official gov payment levels
Anyone caught circumcising a child would be flayed alive in a public operating theater and their blood, tissues, and organs donated to whoever needs/wants them, and their assets divided up and given to those who are unable to afford healthcare otherwise.
