Hello again.

As I've been attempting to explain to the denizens here, the public is being mislead with regard to a key aspect of the Claudio Neves case. The deception relates not to the motive for the killings, but the method used to identify the perpetrator.

Reverse construction is an lawful tactic used by various law enforcement agencies in order to create a plausible explanation for how a case was solved in any situation in which unlawful means were used in order to solve a case. In the past, military assets in the form of satellites were used to determine where Casey Anthony dumped the body of her daughter in 2008; a body which was subsequently "stumbled upon" by a utility worker.

In the Claudio Neves case, a different technology was used.

Since February 2022, Google has been covertly adapting the various antenna in smart phones in order to quite literally read the minds of the people using the phones by interpreting signals leaked by neurons. This has a variety of applications, but in order for it to work, calibration is necessary. Every brain is different and speaks its own unique language.

However, by taking note of acoustic and visual conditions at the time when specific signals are detected, one can begin to build a software-based decoder for each individual brain. This requires enormous processing power, but those new AI data centers come in handy for this application.

Claudio Neves did not bring his phone with him to carry out these shootings and he thought it would be enough to protect him. What he did not know was that his phone had helped Google to build a profile of his own neural patterns which is detectable from a range of up to 115 meters using any other person's smart phone.

Most people carry their phones with them wherever they go, so the FBI called Google to find out if they could help. The program involved is a government-private collaboration, but receives a good deal of funding through the National Security Agency. In short, to use information gleaned from it is a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.

They went back and looked for any neural patterns of persons coming into proximity of the victim's phone in the moments leading up to their shooting and found that a common individual with a known identity came into proximity with both victims' phones in the moments before the shooting: Claudio Neves.

The FBI broke the law and if you dig into the thread of the story concerning the anonymous tipster, "John," you are going to find that the Reddit user who posted the tip on Reddit was an employee of the FBI.

Investigate this.

That should read, "unlawful," but you know what I meant.
