President Richard Nixon had brown eyes and was quite swarthy and yet no one saw him as anything but White. Same for segregationist George Wallace who had brown eyes too. Did requirements to be considered White become more strict since 50 years ago?
Both of them were actually black.Except when they did bad things, then they were white.
