where do you think the chicken tenders served at applebees are actually breaded and fried?my guess is there is some unmarked SysCo building in the middle of nowhere, maybe in new jersey, with all kinds of horror movie type shit going on on every floor. and in some obscure room they managed to find a way to bread, fry, and seal in a ziplock bag, chicken while it is likely still alive before putting it on a truck outbound for an applebees regional distribution hub. all the applebees employee has to do is open the ziplock bag and add bbq sauce to the chicken and heat it in a microwave. i would not be surprised if they bleach and reuse these bags. and if you look into the history of clorox you will find they own both bleach products and KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce for some inexplicable reason. it all makes sense

Everything comes from sysco and is manufactured by these sub-contractors in nondescript buildings that are most likely a horror show on the inside. I wasted 10+ years of my life in food service and seen weird and gross defective tenders, nuggets, and dozens of other shaped processed meats. Its not surprising if a company that makes chemicals also makes food- for fucks sake they use chemicals in food production all the time that the FDA deems "safe and effective."
