I blame BLM for this. They got the cops defunded in several cities and forced cops to back away from proactive policing. As a result you're seeing more thefts, more homeless addicts doing drugs out in the open and harassing people and all sorts of other fuckery. You don't see these things in Poland where they actually enforce the law.
