How would a lone Goy like me deduce whether or not the meat I'm eating comes from a place other than the animals of the forest or fish of the sea?

I buy all of my beef and pork from some organic free range guys who operate in a rural area near me. It's not even much more expensive than store bought shit, and I know exactly where my meat comes from and what it was fed etc.
