All of these cogs are part of their own little self-sustaining cycles, they all depend on themselves to keep running, and they mostly depend on one another to keep running. Fuck a few of these cycles, like our modern way of life does, and it just topples like dominoes.But your brain isn't "fucked", you just need to learn how these cycles work (biochemistry, neuroscience, behavioural endocrinology) and how they are designed to function. Then just do those things in life (lifestyle, exercise, diet, mental activity, fasting, etc.) and everything will click back into place.
